Can I cancel or reschedule my private or group session?

Yes, If you have booked a session and you have to cancel/reschedule please advise the coaching staff at least 24 hours prior to the session to obtain a full refund or reschedule free of charge. If you contact us about cancellation or rescheduling after 24 hours there will be a 50% fee and for no shows with no notice the full fee will be taken.

Can I cancel or reschedule my school session?

Yes, you can cancel your session. However we do not provide refunds for our school sessions.

What we do offer is a make up session to offer for the session you have missed.

Do you have to have experience playing to sign up?

No. Here at NextGen we are open and inclusive to all players no matter what stage of your development you are currently. Whether you are a beginner looking to start or a player with years of experience looking to take it to the next level, we are here to cater and provide in depth development to all players to make sure each individual is meeting their own goals.
