TERMS OF SERVICE
We want to help as many players as possible get what they need to play football at the highest level. These terms govern your use of these services.
NextGen Soccer Academy (“we” or “us”) can modify this Terms of Use Agreement at any time. If we make any changes to it, we will provide notice through our services, or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes, before they become effective. If you object to any changes, you may contact us, and we will take necessary action.
DISCLAIMER
All care and caution is taken at all times but as of mishap, we cannot accept liability for any injury that may occur whilst participating in one of our coaching programs. Parents/Guardians understand and are fully aware of the risks associate with their child participating in the actives provided by us. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings while attending one of our coaching programs.
ATTENDANCE
Please ensure that you arrive on time for all training sessions (at least 5 minutes prior to start time is preferred). If you arrive late, the session will not run over to make up for lost time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel a private or group session, please do so immediately and give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid charges. If less than 24 hours hours notice is given, a 50% charge will be deducted. In the case of a no show 100% charge will be taken.
If you wish to cancel or are unable to attend a school session, you will not be eligible for a refund after you have paid for the term in full. However, your missed class can be offered as an alternative class to make up for the missed session.
If one of our coaches needs to cancel due to weather or illness, a make up session will be created to make up for the missed session.
USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEO
We occasionally take photographs and videotape of our coaches and players during sessions and other NextGen Soccer Academy events. NextGen Soccer Academy holds the right to use any images taken of your child for use in publications, promotional material and on its website in order to promote NextGen Soccer Academy.
You may at any time withdraw permission for photos or video footage taken of your child to be used by us and will inform our coaches in writing.
COMMUNICATION
To fulfil our obligations to you under these terms and conditions, we will communicate with you by email and by posting notices on the website. You agree to receive communications from us electronically and that electronic communications will satisfy any legal requirement for communications which need to be in writing.
